Located on the shores of Lake Simcoe in Innisfil, Ontario, this striking contemporary residence designed by SMPL Studios blends modern architecture with natural textures to create a refined waterfront home. To bring warmth and visual rhythm to the façade, the design team selected NewTechWood Norwegian siding UH61 in Antique to clad the garage door and architectural accents. The vertical profile of the siding enhances the clean lines of the home while creating a subtle contrast with the dark exterior cladding. By extending the wood-look composite siding onto the garage door, the project transforms a functional element into a cohesive architectural feature. The Antique tone introduces natural warmth that complements the surrounding landscape and lakefront setting.
