The main structure of the daybeds is made of aluminum extrusions coated with a powder paint specifically designed for outdoor use. These components are assembled using stainless steel hardware, ensuring optimal durability and complete rust protection. The aluminum, sourced from Canada, is fully extruded and painted in Quebec.

NewTechWood beams, siding and decking are part of the standard product range available in Canada. Made from 95% recycled materials, our wood composite materials offer durability, resistance to fading, and require no maintenance, ensuring a stylish look and lasting functionality for decades.

The Adriana model is a variation of our full-size pavilions. We define a pavilion as any structure with a fully enclosed roof. The Adriana (pavilion) is designed with an additional structure above the ceiling covering to support the weight of snow and to channel rainwater to the ground through concealed gutters inside the columns.

The Félix model is a classic pergola structure with fixed, angled slats on the ceiling. While it significantly reduces, but does not completely block, sunlight penetration, it offers a perfect balance between the feeling of being outdoors and the comfort of partial shade.

Yes, it is possible to purchase the Adriana or Félix structure without the Montauk Sofa cushions/mattresses.

This outdoor furniture collection has been carefully designed to offer both exceptional durability and superior comfort. With proper maintenance, these pieces will last for many years. Regular brushing and cleaning are recommended to prevent debris buildup on the seating. Each piece is designed to easily detach from its wooden base, making off-season storage simple and efficient.

The ISLA fabric collection, offered exclusively for this collaboration with NewTechWood Canada, includes 23 color options. Imported from Poland, these high-end outdoor fabrics are resistant to weather, bacteria, and mold. They are also designed to withstand sun exposure and fading. All Montauk cushions feature removable covers, allowing for easy cleaning or replacement over time.

During rainfall, sofas should be protected with a Montauk waterproof cover. If used under a NewTechWood pergola or pavilion, the structure itself can help shield the furniture. However, it’s crucial to allow airflow when using a waterproof cover to prevent moisture, heat buildup, and condensation inside the cushions. Covers are not required during dry conditions. If the sofa gets wet, allow it to air dry fully. Avoid letting water pool between cushions. If necessary, remove the cushions and covers to ensure thorough drying. In cooler or more humid weather, cushions should be dried indoors or in a warm, dry environment before placing them back in their covers.
